  I went in for a cup of tea and was impressed: kind reception, self serve tea and coffee, all below normal price. I told the guy in charge I would stay at Albergue Monte Irago next time I came to Foncebadon. It seemed that good.

  The meal for 9 euro was superb! Vegetarian paella, homemade hummus, and salad. The beds were ok, no guard rails on the bunk beds. Bathrooms could be better (kept running out of toilet paper), and even though the shower head was weird, it had hot water. It's one of a few places in Foncebadón before the cross, so check it out.

  BED BUGS! My friend stayed there and found bed bugs. But, the owner didn't care about it. He just said "It's a part of the Camino." That's not acceptable... So, don't stay there.

  The albergue was full when we got there so we had to sleep in a cold barn and shower among mold. Some of the staff was friendly, while others weren't. They gave us no price reduction, even though we lived in way other conditions than we payed for. Dinner was good.

  Nice place in Foncebadon but bedbugs and the owner didnt care
